Service Description
Meet with our expert to discuss the restoration or repair of your jewellery or commission a brand new piece. We repair silver and costume jewellery. Occasionally, we undertake work in gold. In the case of a repair, we will evaluate the damage, discuss material options such as gemstone loss or adjustments, and provide a clear timeline and cost estimate for the work required. For commissions, the details are taken and up to 3 designs will be forwarded to you. Changes and fine tuning can take place then a final design is agreed. Typically, the turnaround for commissions is about 6-8 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the class commences for a full refund. Cancellations after that will not be refunded. If you would like to move to another session, please contact me to let me know. Please note that all classes, courses and workshops are designed for adults. Young people under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a fee paying adult. Children under 10 are not permitted due to the presence of hazardous materials on the premises.
