Service Description
Meet with our expert to discuss the restoration or repair of your jewellery or commission a brand new piece. We repair silver and costume jewellery. Occasionally, we undertake work in gold. In the case of a repair, we will evaluate the damage, discuss material options such as gemstone loss or adjustments, and provide a clear timeline and cost estimate for the work required. For commissions, the details are taken and up to 3 designs will be forwarded to you. Changes and fine tuning can take place then a final design is agreed. Typically, the turnaround for commissions is about 6-8 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the class commences for a full refund. Cancellations after that will not be refunded. If you would like to move to another session, please contact me to let me know.
